When using the app (photo upload / Click-Draft):

Uploaded photos

Generated drafts, mockups and visualization images

These files are processed to provide the core functionality of the app.

When using forms (contact, registration, inquiries):

Name, email address, company, address and any additional information you provide.

For bookings and payments:

Data required for payment is shared with our payment service provider (e.g., Stripe).


3. Purpose of Processing

We process your data for the following purposes:

Providing the app’s functionality (uploading images, generating and delivering drafts).

Managing course registrations, bookings and related services.

Invoicing and payment processing.

Analytics and optimization of our website (only after consent).

3a. Processing of Uploaded Photos (Core App Functionality)

To provide the visualization process within the Click-Draft app, we process the photos you upload as well as the generated drafts/mockups.

These images are processed exclusively to deliver the requested service.

We do not share uploaded photos or generated images with third parties unless you explicitly use a sharing function.

Images are automatically deleted after 72 hours, or earlier if you delete them manually.

We do not use uploaded photos for model training or for any purpose other than providing the service.

4. Cookies & Tracking (incl. Consent Banner)

We use cookies necessary for the technical operation of the website. Analytics and marketing cookies are only activated after your explicit consent via our cookie consent manager.

Tools used (adapt as applicable):

Google Analytics (Google LLC): anonymized IPs, usage data, time on page, events.

Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation): interaction data, scroll depth, click behavior.
